How I work

Remote, fractional, focused

I work as an independent consultant through my Swedish company, Fokusgate — fully remote, and as an extension of your team rather than a one-off project.

  1. Remote across Europe

    Based in Gothenburg, Sweden and Nairobi. I work fully remote and am available to teams in the Nordics, Germany and the rest of Europe.

  2. Part-time / fractional

    Available for part-time and fractional engagements — a few days a week or a defined number of hours alongside your own staff.

  3. Practical & documented

    Clear, prioritised recommendations and hands-on implementation, documented so your team can own and operate it.

  4. Three languages

    Comfortable working in English, Swedish and Norwegian — in meetings, documentation and with end users.
